Being a previous majorette from Hudson Park High School, the magic never leaves you. When her daughter joined Primary school Majorettes four years ago, the flame was ignited once again. For the past two years, Sharon has been assisting at the local competitions as a chief scorer and helped with the coaching at Gonubie Primary School in 2018. Towards the end of 2018, she was asked to become an official assistant coach for the team and has been learning and growing ever since.

“My hope is to see the sport grow in our region as it once was, especially in the High Schools. Being a majorette myself it has been an honour to be on the other side of the coaching, rules and creative side of the sport.”
